People should be warned that it is easy for young children to bite pieces of the foam off both the bat and the ball. If your children know better than to do this, then it is a great product.

It's perfect. It's got a good grip, it's firm enough to hit a plastic ball (or perhaps a softball too - I haven't tried that yet). It's safe due to the foam but study enough to be a real bat / not like the old nerf stuff that you really couldn't play with.
Perhaps not good for very small children, as it's only a few inches shy of a regulation bat, but it's a fun toy as well as a useable bat.

The bat and the ball are good quality, young children can bite the foam off pretty easily though. My biggest problem was that the advertisment is a little misleading. The picture shows three bats and balls. The description does not tell you that you are only paying for one bat and ball, and that the company picks the color for you. I was very dissappointed when I received one pink bat and ball for my three and five year old boys.

This glove is for my seven year old son. He absolutely loves it. It is well constructed and no need to break it in. He plays peewee and this will be the first year the kids get to pitch. He will be well prepared to play the field with this glove, infield or outfield. I highly recommend it.

I bought the bean bag chair for my nephew's 2nd birthday. The family are big baseball fans and I thought they'd get a kick out of it. It's just the right size for a small child and doesn't take up too much room. The cover comes off for washing which is ideal. When he first saw it he tried to throw it so I don't think he quite got it but now loves it. For the price and the "fun twist" on the standard bean bag chair, it's worth it.

There is a difference in the resistance of air around the ball and the ball moves in the direction of least resistance toward the direction it is spinning (The Bernoulli Principle). Speed has an effect on the ball's movement.

My son loves this toy. He took it out with his friends in 40 degree weather to play. As noted, the balls are fragile and 2 of 4 have already broken. I guess I'll buy some whiffle balls. The cheap foam bases and the markers remain unused, but the markers are of similar quality to those used in football practice (marking the end zone etc.). They may be of considerable use in games other than junk ball. The list of games they refer to is nothing you can't make up yourself. I had to give it 3 stars due to the balls breaking, otherwise 5.
Also, unless I'm missing something, this is a better deal than: Official Junk Bat & Ball Set
